different skills however strength is at their foundation.
Being strong, mobile and fit allows people to ensure that they keep
healthy and being able to enjoy life - this is what I want to
be able to help others achieve.

LACHIE JOHNSON
I specialize in strength & conditioning, sport performance and rehabilitation. I created Primal to develop a tribe of people who continue to feel stronger everyday, both physically and mentally.
I am committed to helping people be the best versions of themselves and to live their happiest, strongest and healthiest lives. I currently work and train out of Think 24 Fitness in Bulimba where I work with people with many differing goals; strength, weight-loss and performance.
I have worked with world class physiotherapists and dieticians in integrated environments to provide the best quality service available to my rehabilitation clients. Being able to help people go from a state of pain, gradually build strength and confidence and then return to the sport and activities they love is such a great part of what I do.

Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift
This program is an introductory strength program for those who have been training a little and want to start doing something more structured to improve their progress.
Split across three days you will be guided to make the most use of your time in the
gym by focusing on two things:
✔ Big lifts that
transfer to better
lifting in the big three
✔ The fundamentals so
that you can continue to
get stronger long term

Not only feel free in your body but have control over that freedom
This mobility routine is not your average stretching routine, it will allow you to gain strength while also opening up new ranges of motion.
The two sessions focus on:
✔ upper body
✔ spine
✔ lower body
✔ improving mobility
This is a well-rounded program that is a good start point for those people who are new to loaded stretching.
